FIN StackHub Tools Ext

This Ext adds a FIN|Stack app and tools to interact with StackHub.

Change Log

v 0.1.0 - Pod Creation. v 0.1.1 - Added settings icon and login/logout forms. v 0.1.2 - Added progress and confirmation forms for pod installation. v 0.1.3 - Ability to update one pod at a time through finMobile v 0.1.8 - Changed wording to match FIN Mobile. v 5.0.0 - Converted tools and menu items to work with SkySpark 3.0 API, moved menu items from finStackMobileExt to here. v 5.0.1 - Fixed some minor issues. V 5.0.2 - Fixed issue where pods downloaded from StackHub would not appear until FIN Stack was restarted. Added pod icons. v 5.0.3 - Removes link to old flash UI, also changed location of pods being downloaded to where main pods are stored. v 5.0.4 - "Update Pods" menu item badge updated to reflect number of pods below current version. "Update Pods" form shows alert when there are no pods to update.
